Mike sold my N.W. home in 3 days for above asking price--incredible! At first I thought he was quite conservative in his pricing, but he gave a thorough explanation and spent time to explain the market and competition to me, which helped a lot. He then delayed listing the house for a week before placing it on the market so I could prepare and stage it to show the character of the 1938 home. He provided advice on areas that needed to be de-cluttered and he even helped with staging! Actually, he supplied various art pieces, bedding, and even included one of his own stand up basses for the music room. One day, he came over with a ladder and paint can and sanded and painted a window ledge outside that I was unable to get to with my busy work schedule! He was consistently available for questions and concerns, and was so patient and helpful, it certainly made my experience painless! He's definitely not a typical realtor, and I do recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor that is willing to go above and beyond.

Michael was incredibly patient with us as we changed our minds a number of times over the 9 months it took to find our house. Each time we gave him a new description of what we were looking for he quickly lined up a number of properties for us to see. His commitment to us was obvious and greatly appreciated as we couldn't have done it without him. Unfortunately, we won't be needing him again anytime soon because we love our new house and plan to stay!
